Kia ora, my experience with CHL was positive and the outcome to my Medical Negligence case was favourable. Despite having quite a few Solicitors following up on my case over the four year period the staff were most accomdating, professional and well time managed with updates for me. I returned home to NZ 2017 and I struggled emotionally during this very difficult time of my life however I found staff empathetic and understanding as communique continued between the two countries continued. I had to return to Sydney for mediation and the case was resolved out of court. The legal fee's were high but thats what you pay for a quality service.
